Welcome to the Toronto Multi Purpose Centre (TMPC) located at 9 Thorne Street, Toronto NSW.

Toronto is approximately thirty minutes south of the Newcastle CBD and TMPC is an easy walk to the main street of Toronto where you will be greeted by its bustling shopping precinct, restaurants, cafes and parklands on the shores of the beautiful Lake Macquarie.

Carpeted Offices from 9sq m to 15sq m to rent on a casual or permanent basis with air conditioning, carpeted floors, chairs and desks, filing cabinets and shelving.

Fantastic meeting room that seats up to 12 people with tables and chairs, air conditioning, fans, TV with DVD player, Whiteboard and Noticeboards.

Choose from 54sq or 120sq m rooms with tables, seating, air conditioning, electronic equipment, wifi, outdoor lesisure area and access to Commercial Kitchen.

TMPC hiring rates are very competitive. Please contact our friendly staff via our enquiry page or by phoning 02 49592838 for a quotation and let us work with you to ensure your presentation, meeting or function is a success.

Flexible Hire

Rooms hired by the hour, three hour session, a full day, by the week, month or year from early morning breakfast meetings and up to 11pm, seven days a week.

Group Size

TMPC rooms are wheelchair accessible and can accommodate one hundred, fifty or twenty guests (restrictions may apply) with a number of private office spaces accommodating up to ten people.

Catering Service

TMPC provides a kitchen, an electric BBQ (outside) with an outdoor area for coffee breaks or meals. Local food businesses are also available for catering.

I would like to recommend the Toronto Multi-Purpose Centre at 9 Thorne Street Toronto. The facilities are always available for me to access at 8.30am to be able to prepare & set up my office for my work as a Disability Employment Job Coach for At Work Australia. The offices, toilets & kitchen areas are kept spotless by the cleaners. There is plenty of parking directly outside the Community Centre & is very accessible for clients in wheelchairs. The offices provide privacy for our appointments & are set up to provide a professional service. TMPC staff are very welcoming & are always on hand if needed.
